The Member Experience Representative delivers a consistent, welcoming, and well-run experience for every member visit. As the first and last point of contact, this role sets the tone for the club and upholds the CFX standard.

Key Responsibilities
Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner
Ensure accurate and efficient member check-in
Assist with sales, transactions, and member inquiries
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk
Support overall club cleanliness, including equipment and restrooms
Restock supplies and keep the facility member-ready
Communicate clearly and escalate issues when needed
Maintain accurate member information in company systems
Expectations
Acknowledge and greet every member promptly
Keep the front desk and lobby clean and organized at all times
Provide clear, confident, and helpful communication
Address issues quickly and involve management when appropriate
Maintain professional appearance and follow CFX dress standards
Be reliable, engaged, and accountable every shift
