Description
Integra Realty Resources – Pittsburgh (covering Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia), is seeking a commercial real estate appraiser with a minimum of three years commercial appraisal experience and/or or significant commercial real estate knowledge and experience.
The appraiser will be able to complete assignments in connection with commercial real estate valuation and consulting assignments which will include estimation using various appraisal methodologies on a variety of property types
Specific duties include analysis of complex commercial real estate and production of commercial real estate appraisal reports and/or market studies, analysis of historical and projected revenue and operating expenses for properties, creation of Argus (cash flow software) models for complex income property assignments and other financial analysis, research and analysis of market trends including conducting market interviews, arraying data into graphs and maps for use as report exhibits, researching, verifying and analyzing commercial real estate sales and lease transactions, and entering sale and lease transactions into IRR's proprietary database.
