We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our regional team of territory representatives. In this pivotal role, you will drive business growth by developing strategic sales initiatives, managing key accounts, and inspiring your team to achieve outstanding performance. Your leadership will ensure our continued success in delivering top-tier material handling solutions to our customers.
Duties
- Lead and manage a team of regional territory sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets through coaching and motivation.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to regional market opportunities, focusing on B2B sales and technical solutions.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Oversee account management activities, ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service and technical support.
- Utilize analysis skills to monitor sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Manage the Salesforce CRM system for tracking sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales with a focus on B2B sales, technology sales, or industrial equipment.
- Strong management skills with prior leadership experience in a sales environment.
- Excellent negotiation and business development abilities to close deals effectively.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for sales tracking and analysis.
- Demonstrated technical sales aptitude with the ability to explain complex products clearly.
- Exceptional account management skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong analysis skills to interpret data for strategic planning and decision-making.
