Job Summary

Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
- Create engaging, high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and media editing software.
- Manage daily social media activities using scheduling tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer to maintain active and timely communication with followers.
- Monitor social media analytics and marketing performance metrics using Google Analytics and platform-specific insights to optimize campaigns and report on digital marketing performance.
- Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform content creation and branding strategies.
- Implement social media advertising campaigns utilizing Facebook Advertising and other paid promotion tools to increase reach and engagement.
- Engage with online communities by responding promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster positive relationships and enhance brand reputation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, PR, graphic design, and e-commerce to ensure cohesive branding and campaign execution.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Expertise in content creation including graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator), video editing, photography, proofreading, and media editing tools.
- In-depth knowledge of social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, platform-specific insights, and marketing online analytics for performance monitoring.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research, web analytics, and digital marketing performance metrics.
- Strong understanding of public relations principles as they relate to online reputation management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content that aligns with branding strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
