We are looking for an experienced and motivated RN to join our growing team in Williamsville, NY.

RN position details:
Our RN shift schedule is as follows: days (7am - 3pm), evenings (3pm - 11pm), and nights (11pm - 7am).
We are hiring for the following job statuses: Full Time (5 days/week), Regular Part Time (3 days/week), Part Time (2 days/week), and Part Time Every Other Weekend (1 day/week).
Please note that all Full Time positions are eligible for a recruitment and retention bonus of up to $15,000.
RN job duties include:

Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as necessary. Greet newly admitted residents upon admission and escort them to their rooms.

Make rounds with physicians as necessary.

Consult with the resident, their family, and the resident’s physician when planning the resident’s care, treatment, and rehab.
- Visit residents on a daily basis in order to observe and evaluate each resident’s physical and emotional status. Provide direct nursing care as necessary.

Monitor medication passes and treatment schedules to ensure that medications are being administered as ordered and that treatments are provided as scheduled.

Review MAR for completeness of information, accuracy in the transcription of physician orders, and adherence to stop order policies.

Participate in the development of a written plan of care (preliminary and comprehensive) for each resident that identifies the problems/needs of the resident, indicates care to be given and goals to be accomplished, and states which professional service is responsible for each element of care.

Ensure that all personnel involved in providing care to the resident are aware of the resident’s care plan.

RN qualifications:
- Must have credentials as an RN with a current New York State license.

Must be CPR and first aid certified.
