Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- No prior serving or restaurant experience required.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy.
- Answer menu questions and make recommendations when requested.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Assist with side work, restocking supplies, and opening or closing duties.
- Process guest payments accurately and handle cash and card transactions.
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure excellent service.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and company policies at all times.
