Responsibilities
As a Production Worker, you will play an important role in our manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring production processes to ensure efficient operation
- Loading raw materials into production equipment
- Labeling, inspecting, and packaging finished parts
- Performing light mechanical assembly as needed
- Operating a forklift on an occasional basis (training provided if applicable)
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assisting with other production-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality work.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to learn production processes and consistently meet or exceed expected production rates after training
- Ability to perform a variety of manufacturing tasks and remain productive while performing repetitive work when required
- Commitment to following all safety procedures and workplace policies
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience
- Forklift experience is a plus
