We are seeking skilled and passionate, team focused Line Cooks to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including utensils and equipment.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and service.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Participate in catering events as needed, contributing to meal preparation and presentation.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper use of knives and cooking equipment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or in other kitchen roles within the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and dietary requirements.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency with kitchen equipment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team!!!

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
