What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform professional installations, including furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits
- Provide preventive maintenance to keep systems running efficiently
- Deliver excellent customer service with integrity and professionalism
- Take pride in high-quality work that gets it right the first time
What We’re Looking For
- Proven HVAC experience (3+ years preferred)
- Strong skills in troubleshooting, repair, and system installations
- EPA certification (required)
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $81,000 – $125,000 per year (base pay + bonuses)
