Education and Experience:

Childcare experience required, including babysitting, nannying, daycare, or similar roles required.

Graduation from high school or high school equivalency (HSE) preferred.

Customer service experience preferred.

LICENSING AND CERTIFICATIONS

Ability to obtain Infant/Youth/Adult First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.

Ability to obtain Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED
Work under the general supervision of the COREKids Leads, CORE Guest Services Coordinator, CORE Facility Director, and Recreation Director.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The employee is frequently required to balance, stoop, kneel and crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee may be required to stand up to a four (4) hour period of time.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet while in the office and moderately loud when in other parts of the facility.
