Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Residential Plumber to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment.
- Conduct plumbing inspections utilizing cameras and schematics to diagnose issues accurately and efficiently.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure precise installation and repairs aligned with project specifications.
- Perform remodeling and remodeling-related plumbing tasks, including assembly of new fixtures and integration with existing systems.
- Utilize welding techniques where necessary for pipe repairs or modifications, ensuring durable connections.
- Maintain compliance with local building codes by inspecting plumbing systems regularly and documenting all work performed.
- Assist with construction site activities such as heavy lifting, carpentry tasks related to plumbing installations, and site cleanup to uphold safety standards.
- Operate heavy machinery like trenchers or excavators when required for large-scale plumbing projects on residential properties.
- Support HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) system integration when applicable to ensure comprehensive home comfort solutions.
- Drive company vehicles responsibly for material procurement or client site visits while adhering to all safety regulations.
Experience
- Proven construction experience with a focus on residential plumbing projects.
- Extensive knowledge of construction plumbing practices including pipe threading, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation.
- Hands-on experience with plumbing inspection cameras and other diagnostic tools.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques necessary for complex installations or repairs.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and inspection procedures related to residential water systems.
- Mechanical aptitude with a strong understanding of water systems, HVAC integration, and general construction site operations.
- Prior experience in remodeling projects or handyman roles that involved plumbing system maintenance or upgrades is highly desirable.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately while working on construction sites that demand precision and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience preferred for transporting materials or equipment between job sites.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
