Row House is a boutique rowing and strength training concept that strives to give people of all different fitness levels an efficient, effective, full-body workout in less than one hour in an inclusive and motivating group fitness environment. POSITION:
The position of the Sales Leader is a part-time role, designed to drive profitability and growth of the studio, focusing primarily on new client acquisition and strategic member retention. This role is rooted in a goal-oriented sales strategy centered on filling classes and onboarding new members. Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
- Must be able to prioritize and work efficiently and meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement
- Must have proficient computer skills as well as solid writing and grammar skills
- Professional, trustworthy, punctual, and highly organized
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be able to commit to minimum 15-20 hours per week (daytime hours are required)
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public.
- Prior sales experience preferred
- No direct reports or personnel management
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Work in close collaboration with owner on daily and monthly sales targets
- Closely follow new prospect client journey, specifically those on introductory packages to ensure strong conversion to membership or follow up purchase
- Work to build relationships with new client prospects, building trust and connection
- Ensure new client profiles are up-to-date with intake information
- Assist other sales operations team members with daily sales task priorities and focus for each shift
- Contact new prospects, sell introductory offers, book and confirm intro classes
- Prescribe membership and package options to new and existing clients
- Manage the front desk to greet and check in clients and prospects when they enter the studio
- Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and goals
- Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
- Book appointments and follow-up with new leads and missed intro classes
- Participate in special events as needed (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community events)
- Any other duties as assigned
