We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to ensure the operational readiness of our plant's machinery and equipment. In this role, you will be pivotal in maintaining equipment, troubleshooting malfunctions, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Your expertise in mechanical and electrical systems will contribute directly to our operational efficiency and safety standards.

- Conduct repairs and preventative maintenance on machinery and mechanical equipment to minimize downtime.
- Install, test, and maintain electrical and electronic systems, utilizing precision tools to guarantee optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions, employing diagnostic tools and techniques to restore functionality.
- Connect wiring to components, ensuring secure and compliant electrical connections.
- Fabricate and install mechanical parts, utilizing various materials and techniques to meet specific needs.
- Execute preventative maintenance plans, documenting all activities to maintain accurate records.
- Champion safety and quality programs, adhering to established rules and processes to promote a culture of excellence.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficiency in using shop tools, including hand and power tools, as well as forklifts and high lifts.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and knowledge.
- Ability to interpret and apply regulatory codes at the country, state, and federal levels.
- Familiarity with CNC programming, particularly with Windows and FANUC operating systems.
- Experience with AutoCAD, MasterCAM, and Asset Essentials software.
- Knowledge of laser alignment and vibration monitoring techniques.
- Competence in PLC troubleshooting and programming.
