American Traveler is hiring a travel Occupational Therapist with 2+ years of experience for an outpatient setting specializing in neuro and orthopedic cases in Danbury, CT.

Outpatient OT setting

Specialty focus includes neurological rehabilitation, orthopedics, and splinting
-
Department hours are Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–8:00 PM and Friday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
-
Scheduled shift is 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with hours varying
-
Two evening shifts per week are required
-
No weekend shifts required

Current, active CT OT license required (license required if applicable)

Minimum 2 years of experience as an OT

Minimum 1 year of experience in an outpatient setting

Only AHA certifications are accepted for BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP
-
Two professional references rated 'standard or above average' from a manager or above within the prior year
-
Experience with LSVT preferred

Experience using MoCA (Montreal Cognitive Assessment) preferred

Candidates living within 60 miles of the facility are eligible to apply but may be considered at a reduced rate

Facility uses Kronos for timekeeping

Completion of facility-required onboarding modules will be required prior to assignment start
