Shift: 4x10-Hour Evenings (Monday–Thursday, 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM)
Weekend Rotation: Every 3rd Weekend (On-Call)

MedOp Solutions is partnering with a leading healthcare system in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to hire an experienced MRI Technologist for a 13-week contract assignment. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced Siemens MRI technology while providing exceptional diagnostic imaging services to a diverse patient population in a fast-paced hospital environment.
The ideal candidate will have extensive MRI experience, prior travel experience, and strong technical expertise with Siemens MRI systems. - Minimum of 3 years of MRI experience required
- Prior travel experience required
- One contract position available
- Adult and geriatric patients
- Emergency Department patients
- Inpatient and outpatient populations
- Patients requiring routine and advanced MRI examinations
- Perform high-quality MRI examinations according to physician orders and departmental protocols
- Prepare, educate, and position patients for MRI procedures
- Operate Siemens MRI equipment safely and efficiently
- Screen patients for MRI safety and contraindications
- Evaluate images for diagnostic quality before submission for interpretation
- Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC
- Follow MRI safety standards and departmental protocols
- Float to affiliated facilities within your scope of practice as needed
- Participate in scheduled on-call coverage
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program
- ARRT (MR) certification or ARMRIT certification required
- Active certification/license in hand at time of submission
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum of 3 years of recent MRI experience
- Prior travel technologist experience required
- Siemens MRI experience required
- EPIC experience required
- Strong patient care and communication skills

- Department-specific orientation provided prior to independent assignment
- Workflow and equipment training included
- Four 10-hour evening shifts per week
- Monday through Thursday
- Shift Hours: 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM
- On-call requirements currently include:
- Every third weekend (Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM)
- One weekday call shift
- Holiday coverage: One holiday during the contract
- Floating required within the hospital or to affiliated facilities within approximately 40 miles based on staffing needs
