Newly hired employees within the Converting Department enjoy many opportunities for growth, benefits, and pay increases. Newly hired team members start out as an Operator Assistant. From there, employees have the opportunity to move up the progression into a Senior Operator level team member in 3 years or less!
General work duties for the Converting Operator Assistant include working safely to support team-operated press and converting machines. This includes picking and prepping raw materials, loading/unloading product on the machines, housekeeping, and assisting operators wherever necessary.
