About the Role
Little Oaks ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our growing Wake Forest clinic. This is a hybrid position, combining in-person supervision and client support with remote flexibility for programming, documentation, and parent collaboration.
We’re a relationship-based, naturalistic ABA practice focused on meaningful progress, strong family partnerships, and a supportive team culture.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and coaching to RBTs (in-person and remote)
- Review data and adjust programming to support client progress
- Lead parent training and collaborate with caregivers
- Complete documentation, reports, and treatment updates
- Maintain ethical and clinical standards aligned with the BACB

Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Experience supervising RBTs and managing caseloads
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for relationship-driven, family-centered care
- Ability to work both in-person and remotely
Work Environment
- Combination of clinic and home based services (Wake Forest) and remote work
- Some travel may be required for in-home or community sessions
