About the Opportunity
We are a fast-growing, industry-leading epoxy flooring company bringing an innovative, patent-protected flooring product to the Colorado market.
We are looking for motivated Installation Technicians to join our growing team and help us install a new generation of high-performance flooring systems throughout the Front Range, from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins.
This is more than just an installation job. It is an opportunity to get in early with a rapidly growing company, learn a specialized trade, and grow into greater responsibility as the company expands.
What You'll Do
- Install epoxy and specialty flooring systems according to company specifications
- Prepare concrete surfaces through grinding, cleaning, and other preparation methods
- Mix and apply flooring materials properly and efficiently
- Operate grinders, vacuums, and other installation equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite
- Work closely with customers and team members to deliver high-quality finished floors
- Follow safety procedures and quality-control standards
- Travel throughout the Colorado Front Range as needed

- Experienced in construction, concrete, painting, flooring, or related trades (preferred, but not required)

Pay: $30.00 - $75.00 per hour
