Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide an exceptional service experience.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
- Prepare repair estimates and explain recommendations with confidence.
- Communicate with technicians regarding inspections and repairs.
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
- Schedule appointments and manage workflow.
- Build long-term customer relationships through honesty and outstanding service.
- Help achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is preferred.
- Strong sales and communication skills.
- Experience with repair estimates and customer service.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Valid driver's license.
