Job Description
Provide assessments, individual, group (private and mandated), couples, + family therapy, wellness services, community events, + other related services.
Position Experience & Expectations:
-
Work collaboratively under the guidance of the Clinical Director to provide in person + remote services, + participate in any additional program-related services. Training will be provided for all services.

Attend scheduled supervision, meetings,+ consultations on time, incorporating outcomes into clinical activities.

Provide effective, complete, + timely service documentation + caseload management.

Maintain expected billable session hours and availability per week.

Stay current with research, training, + best practices in agency specialty areas.

Work collaboratively, compassionately, + ethically with all clients, staff, and community partners from a strengths-based, sex-positive, humanistic, + culturally- and trauma-responsive model.

Build + maintain strong collaborative working relationships with clients, staff, community referral sources and partnerships, such as physicians, attorneys, parole and probation officers, the Michigan Department of Corrections, the court system, + other third parties.

Provide timely, ethical, + effective crisis assessment, management, and documentation.

Position Preferences

Prior training in mandated treatment, sex offense treatment, couples/relationship therapy, trauma therapy, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Brainspotting, sexual behavior problems, working with marginalized identities and communities, sex therapy, LGBTQQIP2SA+, psychodynamic therapies, and group therapy modalities.
