Registered Nurse (RN) – In-Home Assessments $100 Per Assessment
Comfy Hands Care LLC is seeking dependable, compassionate, and professional Registered Nurses (RNs) to conduct scheduled in-home assessments throughout our Pennsylvania service areas.
This is a PRN/per-diem opportunity ideal for RNs looking for flexible, independent fieldwork. Nurses can accept assessment assignments based on their availability and preferred geographic area.
Compensation
$100 per successfully completed assessment, including all required documentation.
Responsibilities
- Travel to clients’ homes to conduct scheduled assessments.
- Complete comprehensive assessments according to program guidelines.
- Evaluate health status, functional abilities, medications, home environment, and care needs as required.
- Complete and submit electronic assessment documentation accurately and on time.
- Communicate professionally with clients, families, and program representatives.
- Identify and report concerns according to established procedures.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality.
- Follow all assessment program policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Pennsylvania RN license.
- RN must be in good standing.
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Comfortable using a smartphone, tablet, or computer for electronic documentation.
- Ability to complete required credentialing and background checks.
- Home health, home care, case management, geriatric, or assessment experience is preferred.
