DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
- CDL: Must have a valid CDL.
- MANUAL TRUCK: Must be able to drive a manual-transmission truck.
- MOVING VIOLATIONS: Must have 2 or fewer moving violations.
- DRUG TEST / SAP PROGRAM: If the driver fails a drug test and enters a SAP program, the driver
must be able to complete the required SAP process and must be able to pass the required drug
test before driving.
- AUGUSTA / CSRA AREA: Must be able to work in the Augusta / CSRA area.
- CLEAN MVR: Clean MVR is required/preferred according to company policy; review the driver's
current motor vehicle record before hiring.
PAY & WORK EXPECTATIONS
- 40/60 SPLIT: Driver pay is based on a 40/60 split. Confirm with the owner which
percentage applies to the driver and which applies to the company before making a final
offer.
- 50% AFTER FUEL [PAY]: The driver's pay is 50% after fuel, based on the company's
stated pay arrangement. Confirm the exact calculation and what expenses are deducted
before calculating the driver's final pay.
- WORK SCHEDULE: Driver must work 5 days a week.

Pay: $1,500.00 - $4,000.00 per week
