American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist for an outpatient setting serving patients 55+, requiring Epic EMR experience and an active Iowa state license.

Facility trauma levels vary by location (Level 1 through Level 4 trauma centers)

Any level of previous experience accepted

Epic EMR experience required

BLS certification (AHA) required

Active Iowa state license required (license required if applicable)

Child and Adult Abuse Mandatory Reporter certification required

Valid driver's license or proof of permanent residency required for consideration

Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission date required

One supervisory reference/performance evaluation from within 2 years of employment or contract required

Candidates who were employed by the facility within the past 12 months will not be considered

Must have a taxable address outside a 50-mile radius from the facility to qualify for travel rate, except at the Madison location where local candidates are accepted with a 10% rate reduction

Travelers are required to work 2 of 3 winter holidays (Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving)

Limited to 1 day off request between 11/26/25-11/30/25 and 12/23/25-1/2/26 regardless of holidays worked
