We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Teradyne ICT Tester / Engineer to join our dynamic testing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans for integrated circuit testing equipment. Your expertise will ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable testing solutions that meet rigorous industry standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize testing processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of automated testing technology within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Skills
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electronics or related disciplines.
2. Experienced in program development and debugging on Teradyne ICT Tester.
3. Solid background in analog & digital electronics, with the ability to interpret digital‑device datasheets and BSDL files.
4. Proficient in digital‑device debugging and test logic principles, including JTAG Bscan, FLASH, I2C, EEPROM and SPI programming.
5. Deliver professional ICT test recommendations and solutions to customers per requirements for improved test coverage.
6. Willing to undertake overseas business trips.
7. Chinese‑speaking capability is preferred.
