Kitchen Prep & Inventory Specialist
GOGIRO Korean BBQ & Shabu is seeking an experienced kitchen team member specializing in meat preparation, soup production, and inventory management.
What We Need
This is not a light-duty kitchen position.
We need someone who can handle a high-volume kitchen environment and is ready to work hard every shift.
Responsibilities
- Meat cutting, portioning, marinating, and preparation
- Daily soup and broth production
- Inventory control and product organization
- Receiving and unloading deliveries
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
- Supporting high-volume kitchen operations
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Ability to lift heavy products consistently
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
- Experience in Korean BBQ, hot pot, or high-volume kitchens preferred
- Team-oriented and dependable
This position requires stamina, speed, and attention to detail. We are looking for someone who takes pride in hard work and consistency.
Competitive compensation available depending on experience.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
