Job Responsibilities
- Complete MPI inspections for service advisors, including estimates and explanations.

Test drive vehicles with customers to evaluate noise or vibration concerns.

Diagnose and repair vehicles based on identified issues and approved estimates.

Test drive vehicles after repairs to ensure concerns have been resolved.

Identify and document any additional work needed after inspection or test drive.

Accurately complete all required documentation for each repair.

Stay up to date on manufacturer information, recalls, and training.

Return vehicles to their proper locations, ensuring they are clean and secured.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with fewer than 6 points and no major violations.

1 to 3 years of experience as a service technician (manufacturer certifications preferred but not required).

Ability to stand for long periods and work in varying temperatures and noise levels.
