About Us:
Jet's Pizza is a fast-paced, team-oriented pizzeria known for our signature Detroit-style deep dish pizza and commitment to quality. We're looking for a reliable Pizza Line Cook to join our kitchen crew and help craft the delicious pizzas our customers love.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare pizza dough, stretch it to spec, and top pizzas according to Jet's standards
- Operate ovens to bake pizzas to perfect, golden-brown finish
- Manage the pizza line during busy rushes, keeping tickets organized and accurate
- Prep ingredients including chopping veggies, portioning meats, and making sauce
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work with the team to ensure orders go out fast and correctly
What We're Looking For:
- Reliable and punctual – shows up ready to work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-heat environment
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Attention to detail – every pizza should look and taste great
- No experience necessary – we'll train you on our recipes and methods!
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Flexible availability (evenings and weekends a plus)
