We are hiring two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide individualized ABA therapy services throughout Viera, Suntree, and surrounding Melbourne communities.
This role is a great opportunity for dependable and compassionate RBTs who enjoy working directly with children and families. You will provide one-on-one support under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), helping clients improve communication, social skills, daily routines, independence, and other important developmental goals.
Services may be provided in home, school, or community-based settings depending on each client’s treatment plan.
>> Responsibilities
- Collect accurate data during each session to document progress and treatment outcomes
- Assist clients with communication, social interaction, daily living skills, and increased independence
- Complete session notes and all required documentation accurately and on time
- Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and other members of the clinical team
- Participate in scheduled supervision, training, and clinical meetings
- Maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA, safety, and ethical requirements
- Report relevant observations, concerns, or changes in client behavior to the supervising BCBA
>> Qualifications
- Current Registered Behavior Technician certification
- High school diploma or GED
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation and consistent availability
- Ability to follow clinical instructions and accept feedback from supervisors
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Professional and respectful when working with clients, families, and team members
- Familiarity with ABA principles, behavior-reduction strategies, and data collection
- Previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental or behavioral needs is preferred
