Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager / Leasing Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for administrative tasks, tenant communication, managing rental inquiries, conducting property tours, and assisting potential tenants in finding their ideal living space. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and be detail oriented.
Duties
- Conduct property tours, showcasing available units and highlighting features that meet tenant needs.
- Manage rental applications and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Maintain organized files and records of tenant information and leasing agreements.
- Utilize computer systems to input and track data.
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries via phone, email, or in-person communication.
- Collaborate with the property management team to coordinate maintenance requests and resolve tenant issues.
- Assist in marketing efforts to promote available properties through various channels.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role or customer service position.
- Strong computer literacy skills with proficiency in office software and database management.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
