ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Clean plant machinery regularly. 1. LIMPIE LA MAQUINARIA DE LA PLANTA REGULARMENTE.
2. Assist the Mechanic to maintain production line systems and equipment in order to maximize production line up-time.2. AYUDAR AL MECÁNICO A MANTENER LOS SISTEMAS Y EQUIPOS DE LA LÍNEA DE PRODUCCIÓN PARA MAXIMIZAR EL TIEMPO DE ACTIVIDAD DE LA LÍNEA DE PRODUCCIÓN.
3. Execute light maintenance duties as assigned by supervisor, such as changing HVAC air filters, replacing flourescent light bulbs, replacing leaking valves or floats, assembling furniture or equipment, etc.ical, electrical, and controls problems on conveyors, filling systems, and automated equipment.3. EJECUTAR TRABAJOS LIJEROS DE MANTENIMIENTO SEGÚN LO ASIGNADO POR EL SUPERVISOR, COMO CAMBIAR LOS FILTROS DE AIRE HVAC, REEMPLAZAR FOCOS FLUROESCENTES, REEMPLAZAR VÁLVULAS O FLOTADORES CON FUGAS, ENSAMBLAR MUEBLES O EQUIPOS, ETC.
4. Assist in the repair mechanical, electrical, and controls problems on conveyors, filling systems, and automated equipment.4. AYUDAR EN LA MANTENIMIENTO DE MECÁNICA, ELÉCTRICO Y DE CONTROL DE TRANSPORTADORES, SISTEMAS DE LLENADO Y EQUIPOS AUTOMATIZADOS.
5. Assist in maintaining plant utility systems including: HVAC, chilled water, and compressed air.5. AYUDAR EN EL MANTENIMIENTO DE LOS SISTEMAS DE SERVICIOS PÚBLICOS DE LA PLANTA, INCLUYENDO: HVAC, AGUA FRÍA Y AIRE COMPRIMIDO.
6. Communicate daily with production supervisors regarding production line and equipment status.6. COMUNÍQUESE DIARIAMENTE CON LOS SUPERVISORES DE PRODUCCIÓN SOBRE EL ESTADO DE LA LÍNEA DE PRODUCCIÓN Y EL EQUIPO.
7.Participate in plant safety programs.7. PARTICIPAR EN PROGRAMAS DE SEGURIDAD DE LA PLANTA
8. Performs other reasonable duties as requested by the Manager8. REALIZA OTRAS TRABAJOS RAZONABLES SEGÚN LO SOLICITADO POR EL ADMINISTRADOR
9. Reception of Wax trucks into holding tanks 9. RECEPCION DE CERA A LOS TANQUES DE ALMANCENIMIENTO
10.Use of the forklift to unload/load trucks when required 10. UTILIZAR LA MONTACARGAS PARA CARGAR Y DESCARGAR CAMIONES CUANDO REQUERIDO
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a mechanic helper or in a related field is preferred. PREVIA EXPERENCIA COMO AYUDANTE DE MECANICO
- Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from mechanics ABILIDAD DE TRABAJAR EN EQUIPO EN UN AMBIENTE DE EQUIPO Y SEGUIR DIRECCION DE LOS MECANICOS
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail FUERTE HABILIDAD PARA RESOLVER PROBLEMAS Y ATENCION AL DETALLE
