Inside TECH Sales
List of Key Responsibilities
This is a key position within the Yizumi-HPM corporation which supports customer service, purchasing, warehousing, and sales administration.
Key activities will include:
- handling the purchasing requirements for die casting and injection molding equipment, parts and service;
- identify qualified vendors, negotiate prices and terms, place orders, and work with suppliers to ensure on time delivery;
- directly receive and respond to customer requests;
- back up and support the warehouse personnel to assist with shipping and receiving, and inventory management activities including cycle counting, and annual physical inventories;
- provide administrative sales and marketing support for the injection molding and die cast machinery operations.
- Follow standard guidelines for Environmental and Safety and enforce relevant practices
- Ensure necessary paperwork and forms are accurately completed in a timely basis
Educational Requirements – Associates to bachelor’s degree
Skills requirements:
- Proficiency in the use of business operating software for sourcing, sales and inventory management modules. CRM, SAP are highly preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft office products especially Excel and Word
- Lean Training and or APICS Certification is a plus
