Posner Management | CNA Float PRN
We are seeking dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our float/on-call team supporting multiple Congregate Living Health Facilities (CLHFs). Our facilities provide care up to a subacute level, similar to a skilled nursing environment but in smaller homes where CNAs work closely with the nursing team and residents.
This position functions similar to registry work, with PRN shifts posted as needed across multiple facilities. CNAs must be comfortable adapting to different teams and supporting residents with varying care needs.
Please note: This is an on-call/PRN float position and hours are not guaranteed.
Pay $27.00 per hour

Typical Patient Ratio
Each CNA typically supports 6–10 residents, allowing for more focused and individualized care than larger skilled nursing facilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Provide support with repositioning, hygiene, and comfort measures
- Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing staff
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized resident environment
- Follow resident care plans and facility procedures
- Document care and assistance provided as directed
- Deliver compassionate, respectful, and person-centered care
Requirements
- Active California CNA certification required
- Prior experience in SNF, congregate living, or similar setting required
- New graduates will not be considered
- Must be willing to work at multiple facility locations
- Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively with the nursing team
- Trach and vent experience preferred
- BLS certification preferred
- Must be dependable and able to adapt to different care environments
