Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
Duties
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from pushers to complete tasks as assigned.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge related to the job.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
- Basic knowledge of safety practices in a labor environment is a plus.
