*Job Overview*
We are seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our team Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. We are an established family dental office in Franklin, MA with dedicated staff and patients alike - many of whom have been with our office for many years.
*Responsibilities*
- Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations, including scaling and polishing teeth.
- Document medical histories and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff.
- Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive care.
*Skills*
- Proficient in dental clinic operations and patient care best practices.
- Strong knowledge of infection control standards and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients about their oral health.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism.

Pay: $48.00 - $55.00 per hour
