Unified Personnel is hiring an experienced Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead crews on commercial construction projects across DFW. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on productivity, safety, and quality installations.
Requirements
- Active Texas Journeyman Electrician License (TDLR REQUIRED)
- 5+ years of commercial electrical experience
- Foreman or Lead experience required
- Strong knowledge of NEC and blueprint reading
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage electrical crews on job sites
- Coordinate work with PMs, GCs, and other trades
- Ensure code compliance, safety, and production goals
- Train and develop apprentices
