Shift Hours: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Flexible Schedule)
Weekly Hours: 40 Hours
Additional Requirements:
- Weekend: Required (Every other weekend on-call)
- Holiday: As Required
- On-Call: Required (Rotating call: approximately 12–15 days per month; schedule may vary based on unit needs)
- Floating: Required (Between Dallas Regional Medical Center & Dallas Medical Center)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Travel Cath Lab Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment in Texas. The RN will provide specialized cardiac catheterization care while floating between two Prime Healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate is experienced in Cath Lab procedures, comfortable taking rotating call, and proficient with Epic charting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care before, during, and after cardiac catheterization procedures.
- Monitor patients and assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures.
- Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation in Epic.
- Respond to emergency situations in the Cath Lab.
- Participate in rotating on-call coverage.
- Float between designated facilities as needed.
Must Have:
- Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab RN experience.
- Epic charting experience preferred.
- IR (Interventional Radiology) experience preferred.
- Ability to float between facilities.
Required Experience / Licenses / Certifications:
Minimum Experience: 2 Years Cath Lab RN Experience
Required License:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Nursys Verification (within 30 days)
