What You'll Do
- Schedule roofing projects and coordinate crews.
- Order materials and keep jobs running on time.
- Keep homeowners updated throughout the build.
- Perform quality control inspections.
- Coordinate between customers, crews, and the sales team.
- Help improve our production systems as we grow.
What We're Looking For
- Roofing or construction production experience.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated and dependable.
- Valid driver's license and reliable truck.
- Willing to travel between nearby job sites.
Commercial roofing experience and bilingual (English/Spanish) are both a plus, but not required.
