We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our busy Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & Ram dealership. What You'll Do
- Greet customers professionally and create a positive service experience from arrival to delivery.
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests.
- Perform thorough vehicle walk-arounds and identify maintenance opportunities.
- Review factory-recommended Stellantis maintenance schedules and educate customers on the importance of preventive maintenance.
- Recommend and sell maintenance services using BG Products and approved Stellantis maintenance programs based on vehicle age, mileage, and condition.
- Clearly explain repairs, maintenance recommendations, pricing, and timelines in a way customers understand.
- Build trust through honest, transparent communication and educate customers rather than using high-pressure sales tactics.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and efficient repairs.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Achieve customer satisfaction, maintenance sales, and dealership performance goals while maintaining the highest level of integrity.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (CDJR experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & Ram vehicles is a plus.
- Understanding of factory maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance practices.
- Proven ability to recommend and sell maintenance services with confidence and professionalism.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to build lasting customer relationships that result in repeat business.
- Strong computer skills and experience with dealership management systems.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
