Doormet Gourmet Cafe at 1155 South Dale Mabry Hwy is searching for a Front of House Leader. We are in search of a friendly, outgoing and positive individual who values building relationships with customers to provide the best customer service possible.
At Doormet we specialize in takeout and delivery for South Tampa families and businesses while also offering order-at-the-counter dine in service. Our business model focuses heavily on to go orders making expo and quality control two of the pillars for this position. We are searching for an individual who is comfortable taking customer's orders, both on the phone and in person, and is versed in dealing with customers and solving issues that arise. Doormet is a small business loved by locals giving it a neighborhood feel.
We are looking for applicants that have managerial experience and restaurant experience particularly with expoing orders. As a shift leader, duties will include routing and dispatching delivery drivers, assisting customers with placing catering orders, putting third party catering orders into our POS system, cash handling, answering questions about menu and serving sizes, taking inventory of FOH stock, cleaning, stocking and refilling supplies.
Shift times for this position are between the hours of 10am and 930pm. Weekend (Fri, Sat & Sun) and evening availability is a must. We are looking for someone with both daytime and night availability to be considered for this position
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
