Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations with a variety of fresh foods, beverages, and condiments in accordance with food safety standards.
- Serve guests promptly and courteously, answering questions about menu items and dietary options to enhance their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food presentation stations.
- Restock supplies regularly to ensure an abundant and appealing buffet or service area throughout the shift.
- Assist with food handling and preparation tasks such as slicing fruits, assembling breakfast items, or replenishing hot foods as needed.
- Monitor food temperatures and hygiene practices diligently to adhere to health regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy breakfast hours while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, catering, banquet service, or hospitality is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and energetic demeanor.
- Experience serving or working in fine dining environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of food handling safety procedures and food safety standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or bending.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques or barista experience is advantageous.
