Community Pre-Vocational (CPV) Manager
Northtowns CPV Hub
Full Time (Monday – Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm)
$24.34 per hour

We’re seeking a confident, hand-on leader to manage our Community Pre-Vocational (CPV) program in the Northtown's and guide individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities toward meaningful vocational futures
This is not a desk-only role. This is leadership in motion!
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and mentor Job Coaches/Transition Specialists
- Oversee daily program operations and documentation
- Ensure regulatory compliance and service quality
- Support participant transitions into employment pathways
- Build community partnerships (internships, volunteer sites, business tours)
- Step in to provide direct support when needed
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a motivated professional who:
- Thrives supervising and developing staff
- Understands OPWDD and ID/DD service environments
- Is organized, compliance-focused, and detail-oriented
- Can balance administrative leadership with direct service support
- Leads with professionalism, positivity and accountability
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree + 3 years ID/DD experience
- Associate’s degree + 5 years ID/DD experience
- Valid NYS Driver’s License
- Supervisor or leadership experience preferred
