Residence Inn by Marriott Pearland is currently seeking dependable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Housekeepers to join our team. We are a 96-room, all-suite hotel, and every guest suite features a full kitchen, making cleanliness and attention to detail especially important.

Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms to Marriott brand standards.
- Thoroughly clean kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and sleeping areas.
- Make beds, replace linens, and replenish towels and guest amenities.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all surfaces.
- Ensure all kitchen appliances, dishes, and cookware are clean and properly stocked.
- Report maintenance concerns or damaged items to management.
- Restock housekeeping carts and maintain an organized work area.
- Assist with public area cleaning as needed.
- Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is preferred but not required—we are happy to train the right candidate.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 25 pounds, and work throughout an active shift.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
