We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our healthcare team in Mason, MI. In this role, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments, injuries, or disabilities to help restore function, improve mobility, and enhance overall quality of life.

- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to determine functional limitations and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities

Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed

Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care

Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulatory standards

Ensure adherence to clinic policies, safety protocols, and ethical standards

Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Doctor or Master of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

Active Michigan Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)

Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills
