High-end custom cabinet/manufacturing shop in Wilmington, NC seeking reliable, motivated, long-term, career oriented individual to join our team. Experience with fine detail carpentry required- previous experience in cabinet shop is preferred. Will train the right person in our processes to take over the production and manufacturing aspects of our product line in the shop. If you don't have professional experience in fine detail carpentry/cabinetry this is not the job for you.
Work scope includes:
Operating CNC machine to cut plywood and acrylic sheets, programs for each sheet stay on the machine and training on this machine will be given.
Building parts for our product line, some parts are large and heavy- must be able to comfortably move 100lbs on your own.
Building pallets and crates, and loading them in an exact order to ship our products.
General help around the shop including cleaning up, machine maintenance, taking trash out etc.
Following directions and a production list to fulfill orders on time, and performing quality control checks throughout the process.
Must have the following:

Ability to adapt to changing deadlines and priorities
Drivers License and Reliable transportation/ vehicle
Must be on-time everyday and have availability to work some overtime
Be detail oriented and act as a layer of quality control
Must take pride in your work and the quality of finished products
Be drug and drama free
Other Qualities that are helpful:
Understanding of electronics and basic wiring
Ability to rig a wood part with a premade wire harness and cleanly run wires according to a basic diagram/instruction using screw down zipties etc
