This application is exclusively for Independent Contractors, Class Instructors and Volunteers who have already been chosen to take part in a Parks and Recreation event or program.
Applicants are mandated to complete a Level II Background Screening as per the requirements of the State of Florida. This screening involves a photograph session and LiveScan fingerprinting for a comprehensive nationwide criminal records check.
To initiate this process, applicants are required to submit a completed Privacy Policy Acknowledgement Form along with their online application.
Applicants are responsible for scheduling their own appointment, which can be done through the following steps below:
