What You'll Do
As a Registered Nurse, you will:
· Deliver exceptional resident-centered nursing care
· Assess, monitor, and evaluate resident conditions
· Administer medications and treatments
· Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
· Lead and support nursing assistants and other care team members
· Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life
· Help residents achieve their highest level of independence and well-being
What We're Looking For
· Current Massachusetts RN License
· CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)
· Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
· Passion for providing compassionate, high-quality care
· Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
· Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
