A premier outdoor construction firm building luxury pools, pavilions, and hardscape projects across McLean, Great Falls, and Potomac is expanding its field leadership team. Project values range from 250K to 1.5M plus, with attention to detail and precision execution as non-negotiables.
What you'll own:
Daily on-site supervision across four to six active projects. Reading and enforcing architectural and structural drawings—this is not optional. Every dimension gets verified. Quality control on all trades: hardscape, pool, structural, electrical, finish. Tape-in-hand field verification before, during, and after every critical phase: footings, layouts, elevations, centerlines. Daily reporting and photo documentation. Subcontractor accountability on schedule, scope, and standards.
Who you are:
Seven plus years supervising high-end residential outdoor or custom home construction. You read plans fluently—site plans, structural details, pool sections, hardscape layouts. You don't trust anything from the car window. Your tape is on your belt for a reason. You catch mistakes before they get poured, not after. You hold subs to the drawing, not to looks about right. Bilingual English slash Spanish strongly preferred. Clean driving record, reliable transportation.
Compensation: Competitive base plus performance bonuses plus vehicle allowance. Depending on experience.
