The Hotel Zamora is searching for a candidate with front desk management expertise to oversee our Lobby . The ideal candidate should have previous work experience in a related capacity with a strong background in customer services and hospitality and demonstrated strong leadership skills, and ability to evaluate new potential revenue sources that could contribute to the bottom line. Imaginative, profit-seeking, entrepreneurial mind-set individuals are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in lobby activities related to interacting with guests on an individual level
- Assists in facilitating the hiring process from interviewing candidates to training new hires.
- Manage front desk operations to ensure staff meets company operational standards and provides the highest level of customer service.
- Maximize sales by teaching, coaching, & maintaining up-sell & service techniques to ensure a great guest experience
- Manage staffing levels following business demands
- Direct all front staff to ensure timely and courteous service to all guests
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Proficient in POS operating system
