Roles and Responsibilities
- Primary function is to provide exceptional customer service by completing necessary repairs in a safe, professional, efficient, and ethical manner to customers, so as to create a positive representation of the business.
- Work in the most cost and time efficient manner possible while providing the highest quality result in order to maximize profitability of the business.
- RO Management (clocking in and out, thorough notes, labor time mgt, job completion, out mileage, workflow)
- Bay Clean up - after spills while serving a vehicle and after servicing each vehicle.
- Provides parts associate all cores after job completion (impacts parts cost and store success if it does not happen)
- Vehicle Management
- End of Day Shop Cleaning
- Diagnose and repair vehicles with the end result for the customer in mind at all times.
- Seek assistance from the Shop Foreman when in doubt about diagnosis or repair techniques that could impact quality / efficiency of work
- Effectively communicate with SAs to relay necessary information regarding diagnosis / repair so the SA can present the information to the customer in an efficient logical manner.
- Working as a team to achieve shop success
- Help protect the John’s 4x4 culture and keep morale high by acknowledging “wins”, appreciating teammates, and having fun.

We are a full service repair facility specializing in off-road outfitting including lifts, full suspension mods, alignments, performance upgrades, safety, and almost every accessory you can imagine. While our passion is off road, our customers trust us to work on all their vehicles so we offer full service automotive repairs.
