Overview
SDR Mastery is looking for driven sales rep, AKA an appointment setter to help us book meetings.
This is a part-time role (15 hours per week) that’s perfect if you want a side hustle to stack some extra income, or cut your teeth and break into tech sales. If you cannot commit to 15 hours a week, this role is not for you.
You’ll be focused on one core mission:
Cold call targeted prospects and booking qualified demos.
We provide the tech, the scripts, the lists, and the training. You bring the work ethic, professionalism, and willingness to make dials.
You're calling for a SaaS in the real estate space, that's already partnered with some of the biggest names in the industry. Proven script and set up, you just make the calls.
Duties
- Make outbound cold calls to sales leaders and business owners from targeted lists
- Run short, structured conversations to qualify interest and fit
- Book demos/meetings for our sales teams
- Follow simple workflows in our dialer/CRM to log calls, notes, and outcomes
- Learn and apply the SDR Mastery calling frameworks, talk tracks, and objection handling
- Join periodic coaching sessions to sharpen your skills and improve your results
Requirements
- Some prior sales experience OR a self-starter who is currently working on honing their sales skills
- Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with decision-makers
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone presence
- Reliable: you show up when you say you will and you do the work
- Coachable: you’re open to feedback and willing to run proven playbooks
- Able to commit 15 consistent hours per week for calling blocks
- 2-week "trial period", you will be paid during this time, but this period is to identify if we would be a good fit to work together

Pay structure:
Base of $1,200 a month for 15 hours a week + commission.
